Discovery & Research
Stakeholder interviews, user surveys, heuristic audits. I mapped pain points and uncovered the gap between perception and reality — what the brand believed it communicated versus what users actually experienced.

Strategy & Architecture
Sitemap restructuring, content hierarchy, and journey mapping. Every click path was designed to reduce friction and move the user naturally toward a conversion moment.
